To apply for membership in the Japan Industrial Imaging Association (JIIA), please fill out the Membership Application Form with your signature or your seal, and mail to the Association contacts.

JIIA has no intention to use personal information for purpose of anything but the establishment of JIIA and its operation without consent of the person applied.
